This morning arrived bright and sunny – well I was awakened by Luke BEFORE the sun was up (but convinced him to get in bed with me and go back to sleep!) - then when Avery woke up about 7AM the sun was up and shinning bright! She did finally go back to sleep about 3:15 this morning and slept the rest of the night – she has been fever free since getting up this morning! She has been very sleepy (I cannot imagine why!?!?) this morning but she seems to feel much better! It looks like whatever she had was short lived, I’m so thankful for that!
I’m also thankful for the sun today – it’s always harder to make it through the day on little sleep when it’s cloudy and rainy! But today we have a beautiful North Carolina day – blue sky, sunshine and of course high summer humidity – gotta love it! The sun makes it easier to be cheery even when I don’t feel like it!
Avery is down for her morning nap and I think Luke and I will watch a movie – actually I’m hoping Luke will watch while I nap!
David called and is on his way home from Atlanta! We’re all looking forward to seeing him! Luke made a special train track, using ALL the tracks he has, to show his Daddy when he arrives home! I’d take a picture, but the track takes up most of my living room, and I don’t think I can get it all in one picture!

I'm sorry you had such a bad night, especially with David being gone! That seems to make it so much worse when you're alone. I'm glad to hear that precious Avery seems to be feeling better! I pray that you'll ALL have a good night tonight!!
